Traditionally, Mohammad landed in Jerusalem with his divine creature “El Bur’aq”.
He then ascended to heaven to receive the prayers of Islam, from beneath “Dome of the Rock”, which was erected to immortalize the event and is today the most striking monument in “Al Quds”.
